Home Inspection Services

Why should you have a home inspection?

The purchase of a home is probably one of the biggest investments you will ever make, making it vital that you know the home you plan to buy or sell. Without an inspection, you could potentially have major or minor issues arise in the future, costing you thousands of dollars to fix.

A good home inspection will give you the information needed to make an informed decision before moving forward with the purchase of the home. The value of a home inspection will always more than pay off in the long run!

Why should I hire a certified inspector instead of performing the inspection on my own?

While the buyer may have extensive knowledge of construction, often times they do not access the attic, crawlspace, roof, or electrical panel. These areas regularly contain hidden items that cost thousands of dollars to repair or affect homeowners’ insurance.

We catch issues that aren't typically seen with the naked eye.

Jeff was easy to work with. Everything was handled through email and phone calls. Quick, convenient, and timely. Had my report sent the same day as the inspection. Definitely recommend!
